If the applicant wishes to take the examination after 1 year from the date of approval, a new application, along with the required fee, shall be reviewed on the basis of statutes and regulations in effect at the time the new application is received by the Board. If an applicant does not pass the certification examination within this 1-year period, the applicants application will be considered to have been withdrawn. An approved application will be valid for 1 year from the date of approval. Payment shall be in the form of a personal check or money order payable to the ∜ommonwealth of Pennsylvania. The application form shall be accompanied by the fee for certification as a Pennsylvania evaluator as set forth in § 36.6 (relating to fees).
